Don’t eat less, eat right to stay fit
It’s a huge misconceived fact that by eating
less or skipping meals, one can reduce weight. A big NO. Overeating is a
different case altogether; eating excess junk and hogging on food beyond
requirement will lead to a weight gain. There should be a control on such food
items. All of that in a limit is harmless.
- Eating less of junk food will help stay fit, but that doesn’t apply to the regular three meal diet. That should be taken in correct quantity, making sure it fills and is sufficient to sustain for at least 4 hours.
- These three meals should be a balanced diet, consisting of proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and a certain amount of fat. This will help build body’s strength and immunity.
- There should be a good balance between meat and vegetables. Especially green leafy vegetables and colored vegetables are the best for every aspect of the body. Also provides a glow to the skin.
- Milk products should have a proper place in the diet. These are high in calcium and help to strengthen the bones.
- Fruits are a big must! Every type of fruit is effective in various ways and its consumption can really improve one’s health. It increases the increases the mineral content and builds the immunity. It’s very effective for improving the quality of the skin.
These all should be consumed in adequate
amounts. You will be fit and feel fit. Junk food brings in lethargy, whereas
such healthy food rejuvenates the body.
Not eating enough required amounts or skipping
meals is hazardous.
- It can lead to gastric issues for the stomach. When the stomach is empty, acidic juices are secreted and the accumulation of this on an empty stomach develops gas. The immense pain that is experienced can be uncontrollable. A nauseated feeling also persists. Bloating of the stomach takes place.
- When excess of these stomach juices are secreted in the absence of food, over a period of time it forms into stones. These are extremely harmful and need to operate.
- Eating little will cause one to eat excess for the next Meal. This in turn leads to increase weight.
- When the body gets used to the little intake of food, the metabolism reduces and the body is then unable to digest large quantities of food.
Do not reduce the intake of the required
nutrients. The only thing one should eat less is the junk food. That indeed
helps to keep fit. Otherwise know what your body needs and do justice to it!
