Simple ways to tone your arm muscles
Not everyone has excessively huge or fat arms,
yet there are dangling muscles that exist! It cannot be denied; no matter how
thin a person's arm maybe, there is loose fat present. Obviously the diet plays
an important role in weight loss but toning the arm muscles is something that
should be focused on specifically. The two main areas: the biceps and triceps are
to be worked on. There are various ways to tone these muscles, with weights and
without weights. Let’s look at a few simple ones without weights that can be
easily implemented at home:
Bicep curler with the opposite arm as the weight:
Keep the right hand straight holding the palm
out and place the palm of the other hand on it, holding it firm. Bend the arm
up and down, resisting the other arm.
Arm rotation:
This is the most common toning exercise to
tighten loose fat. Keep both arms straight and rotate them in an outward manner
slowly, in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Do this repeatedly.
Push-ups:
These push-ups can be done on the wall or the floor.
It helps build strength and stamina, building abs as well as toning the arms.
Cheerleader jumps:
Stand with your legs wide apart and hands held
high. Take high jumps and cross your hands while jumping to form an “X” shape.
Side curlers:
By holding a weight in one hand, with the elbow
bent, lift the forearm up and down. The weights can be replaced by a big water
bottle or can. Do this for both hands.
Weight lifting using fists:
This is a replacement of weights by using ones
own fists. Hold your hands out with elbows bent curl up the fists for both
hands and raise the forearm up and down. Try to resist the weight of the fists.
