Exercising is always a better chose: 


The way you look after your body, shows the amount of love you have for yourself. And self love is one of the key factors that help one sustain their life. Haven’t you heard the mantra? In a completely non- shallow perspective, the way you treat your body, shows the respect you have for yourself.  It’s not about having the size zero structure or aiming for perfection from head to toe but it’s about giving your body what it deserves. When you input healthy practices, your body will give you back all the support you need for your later years. Treasure yourself.

Eating healthy is the foremost option but in addition to that working out is the key. Exerting your body, toning those loose muscles and getting rid of that accumulated fat needs to be worked on, to strengthen oneself and feel good. Do not make it a hobby or a once in a blue moon activity, it should be a part and parcel of each one’s functioning and existence. Exercise need not be only hitting the gym; it can be any form of working out. Let’s go through a few basic benefits:

Gaining strength and stamina

Fatigue and weariness is a very common phenomenon these days. In the most minimal means of exertion, we feel tired. Don’t stop here; you can increase your capacity and stamina. Regular basis of exercising does that to your body over a period of time. Your muscles and bones become stronger and you can bear more of exertion.

Once you get into the habit of keeping your body active, the sin of laziness will no longer be an enemy! You are up on your feet, you feel light and your body is able to function quickly. The whole lethargy factor reduces which enables you to achieve tons of things that you may not want to do out of sheer laziness.

No association with obesity

Putting on calories, the fear of most of us can completely change. Along with eating healthy, working to burn the extra calories is best done by daily exercising. Not all can control the urges of hogging on junk food but this worry can be eliminated if sufficient exercises are done regularly in accordance to the amount of calories taken in. Accumulation of fat over a period of time is highly unhealthy and dangerous. It can clog the blood vessels, the heart of even the kidneys which are fatal to life. Simple discipline of exercise is the solution to all of this.

Stress buster

When you’re literally losing your mind and are unable to bear the levels of frustration, go for a run, and go let out that negative energy in this constructive activity. It’s a great outlet of such worries and tension, it enables one to feel fresh, clear out the mind and bring stability in thinking. It’s one of the best stress relievers. The entire negative and unnecessary thoughts are channeled into something that relieves one.

Reduced health issues

Most of the health problems are because the body is in taking a lot of junk and it continues to get accumulated and the in-activeness of the body. A good blood circulation, oxygen circulation is all a result of regular exercise. It strengthens bones which prevent osteoporosis or arthritis in the older stages. Physically and mentally enhancing the body is the major function of workouts.
